Organisation
The CMAS
commission is in charge of the planning of the game schedule and appointing of
referees.
The lodgeing
It will be
possible for the athlets to stay at a students college. That has 500 roms with
two beds in each room.
Transportaion
between students college and sports arena will be done by a bus connection
managed by the organisors.
Cost
Each athlet
has to have a CMAS sports licens. Isued through your own federation. The price
is 4,5 EUR each.
The cost
for lodging at the student college will be annonced to me by CMAS within 14
days (has I been promised)
Each team
has to register and pay a fee to CMAS for participating. The registration can
only be done through CMAS webpage, by the federation. Ask your federation about
this.
The members
on each team participating has to be annonced through the CMAS website for CMAS
sportslicens, at least 14 days before the event. Each federation has to make
this through CMAS Intranet. More about this will follow.
Flight
connection to Bari can be done from Rome and Milan.
