Invitation to the Nordic Championships, 23-24 February 2008
Welcome to the 2008 Nordic Championships, played in Stockholm, Sweden.

Where:
The 2008 Nordic Championship will be played just 20 km north of Stockholm at Tibblebadet
in a suburb called Täby.
Address: Attundavägen 5-7, 183 35 TÄBY, map.
WGS84 coordinates: Lat N 59º 26' 35", Lon E 18º 3' 52".
Registration:
The registration should be sent to: uvrugby@ssdf,se. Dead line for
registration is on the 25:th of January 2008. Please include the following in
the registration:
- Team (country
and sex)
- Contact person
- Arrival time
- Name of
referees
Referees and Rules:
Each country should send 2 referees, highest national or international
level. The new CMAS rules, decided on in Bari,
Italy 2007,
will be used. If you have problems sending 2 referees or if you have any
questions regarding the new rules, please contact Manuel.
Time schedule:
The first team will have access to the pool
at 10.00 on Saturday. The opening ceremony will be at 12.00 and the first game
starts at 13.00. The first game on Sunday will start at 08.30 and the finals
will start at 14.30 and 15.30. The price ceremony will be at 16.30 or, if the
final at 16.30 is delayed, as soon as possible after that game. Please find
more detailed time information in the end of the invitation.
Protester
According to the rules. Fee: 50 EUR.
Balls:
Each team should bring their preferred ball. The ball/s should be at the
protocol desk/secretariat before the opening ceremony and the ‘choice of balls’
will happen direct after the opening ceremony is ready.
National flag:
Please bring one national flag per country.
Pool:
The pool is part of a 50m pool were we will
have access to half of the pool. The playing area will be 12x10x4m.
