deadlines
1. The
federations must confirm their participation before April 24th (Usual 4 months
before)
2. The federations must pay 50 % of the total amount before April
24th
3. The names of the athletes must be sent electronically before June
25th
Cost
- Team fee
for participation is included, if the hole team uses the CMAS lodging offer.
- CMAS
sportslicens : 4,5 EUR for each player. All players has to obtain a
sportslicens and in due time to participate at the CMAS games. Download and
read the above mention “Information BARI” document for more information.
- If the team
arrange there own accomodation, the team has to pay 1.000 EUR to participate.

The entry fees for the federations which will arrange
their accommodation by themselves are
1. 1.000 ( one thousand ) euro PER TEAM for the team sports
2. 100 ( one hundred ) euro PER ATHLETE for the
individual sports
The athletes and/or the team are in charge of all
their local transportations from their accommodation venue to the the venue of
the competition, go and back.

accomodation full board of the judges for the team sports ( 9 for the
Rugby if I good remember ) will be in charge of CMAS,
but they have to be
registered
in order to book the rooms.

Organisation
The CMAS
UW-Rugby commission is in charge of the planning of the game schedule and
appointing of referees.
Lodging
It will be
possible for the athlets to get accommodation at a local students college
(through CMAS). The college has 500 roms with two beds in each room. If the
team/athlet is staying at the college all meals and transport to and from the
sports arena will be included in the price
(See below).

The teams
can choose to arrange its own acommodation, but then the teams has to arrange
all by them self, including transport to and from the sports arena, airport
ect.
